How is the back of a brown cake as the first?
When I make pancakes, I discovered that the secret to beautiful golden bark, "" on the edges, with a beautiful golden color, is to return the package in plenty of oil, making sure that bread is at moderate temperatures. You're cooking too long in the first side. The second aspect becomes too dry, so it spread in the pan as the first team did. You can try to make them heavier mass for the top does not dry before reaching the bottom the color you want. Bert
